This class is for ages 8 and up. Students will learn traditional empty hand forms and weapons. The material is structured to build progressively on each rank with the previous material preparing you for the next level. Applications of the techniques and self-defense are also covered in class. Conditioning sets are also taught to help students achieve their maximum strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Our Tai Chi class will appeal to the student who is looking for exercise, stress relief, and longevity as well as the student who wants to pursue Tai Chi as a martial art.
This class is for ages 4 to 7 and is for the young beginner. Students are exposed to traditional long forms and how to use the techniques in self-defense. This class will also expand on the stranger danger concept and how to deal with larger stronger opponents.
Saturdays begin at 9:00 AM with a one hour review class, followed by conditioning and sparring. Get fit and put your skills to the test against other students.
